We suppose that most foreign invited speakers will want to stay until Saturday (Nov 29) morning, but the hotel (Shirankaikan) is already fully booked for the night of Nov 28, unfortunately.
We may recommend you to find a room in Osaka for the night of Nov 28, since we suppose you will go to Osaka-Kansai airport anyway for your returning flight.
Umeda and Shin-osaka areas are probably the best area for people coming from Kyoto and going to Kansai airport. There are a lot of hotels there. The followings are some typical examples.
